Aquatic Center FAQs

Who is running the pool this year?
- Nicholasville – Jessamine County Parks and Recreation will manage and control all facets of the pool’s daily operation.

Will there be guidelines and procedures that relate to the COVID19 virus?
-Yes, the state guidelines for recreational aquatic facilities will be followed, including taking of visitor’s temperature, social distancing, wearing masks outside the water and monitoring pool capacity.

How much does it cost?
-The daily rates are $7.00 for adults over 17 years of age, $5.00 for 3-17 year-olds, and free to kids under three years of age.

Can I purchase a pool pass?
-
No, due to bather capacity limits issued by the state, season passes will not be offered this year.

What are the hours of operation?
-The pool will be open from 11am-7pm Monday through Saturday and 1pm-7pm on Sundays, weather permitting.

When will the pool close?
-The Aquatic Center will be only through Labor Day weekend during the hours listed above. Beginning September 8 th the pool will be open from 4pm-7pm on weekdays and will have normal weekend hours September 12 th and 13 th and September 19 th and 20 th . Sunday, September 20 th will be the last day of operation.
